Open all year. All rooms are double occupancy. We serve a full gourmet breakfast by your host/chef Howard, a graduate of the NY Restaurant School.

Room rates from $159 to $239 plus Tax. Prices subject to change.

RESERVATIONS:
When paying by personal check, traveler's check, or money order, a reservation made 14 days or more from the date of your arrival requires an advance payment of a one-night stay per room to secure your reservation. When paying by Visa, Master Card, or American Express, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your card at time of booking.

A reservation made less than 14 days in advance requires payment in full (including all taxes) by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  Please note that your card will be charged in full at time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS:
14 days or more from time of arrival you will receive a refund less a $25.00 service fee for each room.

Less than 14 days from time of your arrival you will receive a refund less a $25.00 service fee for each room, only if we are able to fill the vacancy.

· Two (2) night minimum on weekends, May through November.

· Minimums for holiday weekends may vary.
· Check–in between 4 and 9PM - later, only with special arrangements.

· Check–out by 11AM

FROM NORTH:
Take the N.Y. Thruway Route 87 South to Exit 19 Kingston. Take Route 28 (West-approx. 1/8 mile) to Route 209 towards Ellenville. Take Route 209 to SPARROW HAWK  
(12 ½ miles on right).

FROM POUGHKEEPSIE:
Take the MID HUDSON BRIDGE West to 9W North (2 ½ miles) to Route 299 West into center of New Paltz. Take a Right turn onto Route 32 (North) for 
7 ½ miles. Take a Left turn after bridge, at traffic light, onto Route 213 (West, through Rosendale and High Falls) to Route 209
(A "T" in road with Traffic light) Take a Left turn onto 209 to SPARROW HAWK  
(2 ½ miles on right)

FROM KINGSTON RHINEBECK BRIDGE:
Cross Rhinebeck Bridge and go South on Route 209. When you pass Route 28 Kingston Exit continue to SPARROW HAWK  
(12 ½ miles from route 28 on your right).
