A 2 day bed and breakfast management seminar including hands-on training, hand-outs and breakfast preparation.

Receive training on how to best achieve your dream of owning and managing your own bed and breakfast at one of the finest inns in New Paltz, New York. Training includes 12 to 14 hours of instruction dialogue, hand-outs, practical experience as well as preparing gourmet breakfasts and recipes. Seminars have no more than 10 students per a course. This bed and breakfast management seminar is taught by owner/chef Howard who also teaches a 3hr overview version of this seminar in New York City.

Single or double occupancy, rooms with private bath including full gourmet breakfasts.

Check in: Friday evening by 7PM. All participating innkeepers will get acquainted over a light dinner at one of the local restaurants where we have arranged for special seminar discounts for you.

Deposit: A deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking  to hold the rooms and seminar. Payment in full (check or cash ) is required at registration ( Friday, 7PM ).

Cancellation policy: A fee of $50 will be kept if you need to cancel for any reason prior to two weeks.
